Handcrafted and hand painted in Nicaragua by artisans: Reynaldo Pavon (wood carving) and Alexander Gaitan ( paint work). Both artisans are from Masaya, a small town in Nicaragua known for having talented artisans.

These pieces are hand carved by Reyanldo, using cedar wood. The carving work can take approximately 5 days to finish one set. Once pieces are polished, Alexander, who also paints beautiful paintings, applies and combines vibrant colors to the pieces creating unique canvas. Alexander’s paintings can take around 3 or 4 days to finish one set.

Each piece represent the colorful and vibrant colors of typical folklore costumes from Nicaragua.
