This beautiful Nativity Scene is made in San Juan de Limay, which is a village in Esteli, Nicaragua. Created by Modesto Garcia, who carves by hand using hand tools, Modesto carves and polishes a large slab of soapstone to created a stunning finish product.

Variations in color and shape will occur due to the nature of the stone and the individual carver.
